Quarto
Mundo Soundsystem originated from the city of Tubingen in Germany, where the
Brasilian songwriter Marcos Sol met the German musician Askan Schenck.
Sharing the vision of forming a unique project with original music, they
moved to Portugal in 2004. In Lagos in the Algarve they formed a band with
local musicians and were rapidly acknowledged for their charismatic live
performances. In the following year their music evolved into a hot fusion of
Afro-Brasilian, Reggae-Hip-Hop and Electronic Sounds. By the end of 2005 they recorded their first Album in the studio of the Brasilian Musician and Producer Tuniko Golaurt.

2004 após varios concertos pelo o Sul da Alemanha reunindo músicos de
diversas nacionalidades e raças, eles decidem vir a Portugal com o intuito
de gravar o seu primeiro Album.
Já então conhecidos por Quarto Mundo soundsystem, a dupla de músicos-compositores viajaram numa caravana de artistas, tocando com muita alegria e entusiasmo a sua própria música. Trazendo uma mensagem de Paz que caracteriza os "Gigs", do Quarto Mundo soundsystem. Em Lagos/Algarve formam uma banda com músicos locais , e preparam -se para a
compilação do Album que chegaria a seguir. |
