The Olsen Brothers and Sir Cliff Richard met in Tinman Studios in September to record the song "Look up look down" that was used as the opening song for the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest.

Mike Myers who produced the session along with Stig Kreutzfeldt the Olsen's producer, originally met Cliff many years ago at the BBC TV show "Top Of The Pops" in the UK when Mike was working with  artist Billy Ocean. The Shadows also recorded "Stand Up Like A Man", one of Mike's songs for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1975.

The atmosphere between everyone was very relaxed. The Olsen brothers, their producer Stig and their manager Steen, together with the Tinman crew really got on well, especially Cliff and Mike, who apart from living relatively close to each other in Portugal also discovered that they have mutual friends.

Stig recorded a guide track of "Look up look down" elsewhere, prior to coming to Portugal. We added Cliff's vocal to the track here at Tinman Studios with Mike.
